Large-Scale: Developing design systems for designers (and developers) and general users–going beyond the standard set of brand guidelines.

In today’s fast-paced digital world, managing and organizing content efficiently has become more crucial than ever. As the volume of digital assets—images, videos, documents, and other media—has grown exponentially, as Creative lead for a global organization I recognized an immediate need for a centralized solution to streamline asset storage, retrieval, and collaboration, and within the first 6 months I successfully implemented a multi-faceted DAM for our internal team called BrandFolder to address several challenges the internal teams were facing:

Efficiency in Asset Access: Establish a single source of truth for the corporate brand identity assets, from the visual to verbal.

Improved Collaboration: The DAM ensures that everyone is working from the same, most up-to-date resources, enabling seamless collaboration and reducing the risk of errors and streamline process for faster output.

Enhanced Security & Control: The DAM system provides secure storage with role-based permissions, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access or modify sensitive content.

Brand Consistency: For brands, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all communications is vital. A DAM system helps ensure that everyone has access to approved, brand-compliant content, reducing the risk of using outdated or inconsistent assets.

Scalability and Flexibility: The growth of our digital library necessitated a solution that could scale with the increasing volume of assets. A well-designed DAM system allows for easy scaling and provides flexibility to adapt to future needs, whether that’s adding new types of media or incorporating advanced AI-driven tools for asset tagging and management.

The system empowered teams to work smarter, not harder, and ensures that digital assets are optimized for current and future needs.

Small Scale: Corporate Theme Look Book

Create a micro version of brand guidelines that will flex based on the corporate theme. This Look Book will is agile, building a framework for how the corporate theme should be both visually and verbally represented, communicated, and experienced across all touchpoints–from an annual report to corporate hosted events.
